Your cabinetry is built in our own shop, not ordered from a catalogue. Shop capacity — not a supplier’s queue — sets the schedule.
Consultation and feasibility
1–2 weeks
We walk the space, talk through how you actually cook and live in it, and give you an honest budget range.
Design and selections
3–8 weeks
Measured drawings, cabinet design, and every finish and appliance chosen before anything is ordered or built.
Contract and permitting
2–6 weeks
Scope in writing, and where moving plumbing or electrical requires a permit, we pull it ourselves.
Demolition and rough work
2–4 weeks
Dust containment and floor protection first, then demolition, any structural work, and rough-ins.
Cabinetry and finishes
4–10 weeks
Shop-built cabinets installed and scribed, countertops templated only after cabinets are set, then tile, paint, and fixtures.
Final inspection and handover
1–2 weeks
Inspections where permitted, our own punch before you see it, then walkthrough, warranty, and care instructions.

- Do you pull your own permits?
- Yes. We handle permit submittal and plan review ourselves and record the notice of commencement, rather than leaving that to you or handing it off to someone else.
- How long does a project take?
- Every service on this page publishes its full stage list with honest durations. On a new home, design, engineering and selections run 8 to 16 weeks, permitting 4 to 12 weeks, and structure and dry-in 8 to 14 weeks. A kitchen moves faster: consultation and feasibility 1 to 2 weeks, design and selections 3 to 8 weeks, cabinetry and finishes 4 to 10 weeks.
